Welcome to Gatehouse Gala Week 2026

On behalf of the Gala Committee, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Gatehouse Gala Week 2026.
With eight days of events, activities and entertainment planned for all ages, I hope you enjoy everything this year’s Gala has to offer. From longstanding favourites to new additions, there is something for everyone to get involved in and enjoy.
As a small community, we are incredibly fortunate to have a Gala Week that has been bringing people together for almost 80 years. It remains one of the highlights of our local calendar and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate everything that makes Gatehouse of Fleet such a special place.
An event of this scale simply would not be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm and hard work of our Gala Committee. My sincere thanks go to every committee member for the countless hours they give throughout the year to help make Gala Week happen.
I would also like to thank our sponsors, local businesses, volunteers, organisations, event organisers, prize donors and everyone who supports the Gala in any way. Your generosity, commitment and community spirit are what allow Gala Week to continue and thrive year after year.
One of the greatest joys of Gala Week is seeing residents, former residents, visitors and friends of Gatehouse come together to celebrate. Whether you are attending one event or many, your support helps create the atmosphere that makes our Gala so special.
